The alumni members fulfill a pivotal function within their respective groups, serving as the linchpins of connectivity, coordination, and collaboration. In this capacity, they act as central points of contact, orchestrating activities and resource allocation, disseminating crucial information, and fostering a culture of teamwork among batchmates. Their multifaceted role encompasses the facilitation of seamless communication channels, the meticulous monitoring of updates, and the provision of insightful feedback. Through their diligent efforts, they uphold the integrity of organizational endeavors, ensuring the efficient execution of tasks and projects with precision and effectiveness. 

Focal persons shall serve as liaisons between the alumni association and its members, offering supprt, guidance, and assistance as needed. They shall communicate important updates, event announcements, and other relevant information to the alumni community in a timely manner.

They shall be easily accessible to membres via email, phone, or other designated communication channels including social media accounts and shall respond promptly to inquiries, requests for assistance, and feedback from members.
